Terms of Service

Welcome to SHAIR (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a video streaming platform that rewards creators and viewers. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, content, features, and services (“Platform”). By using SHAIR, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use SHAIR.

1. Eligibility

To use SHAIR, you must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate, current information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Affiliate Sharing and Revenue

  • When you share SHAIR content using affiliate tools, you may earn a percentage of ad revenue based on views driven by your links.
  • You must not manipulate, fake, or fraudulently inflate traffic. Doing so may result in loss of earnings and account suspension.
  • All earnings are subject to verification and platform review.

4. Creator Revenue

  • Creators may earn up to 90% of ad revenue generated by their content, depending on viewer engagement and affiliate distribution.
  • You retain full ownership of your uploaded content but grant SHAIR a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, distribute, and monetize it on the platform.

5. Platform Usage

  • You agree not to:
    • Upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content
    • Bypass security features or interfere with the platform
    • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the site
    • Reverse-engineer or copy the platform's core features

6. Intellectual Property

All non-user content, including platform code, branding, and design, is owned by SHAIR or its licensors. You may not reuse or reproduce any part without written permission.

7. Payments and Taxes

  • Payouts are made through [e.g. PayPal or Stripe].
  • You are responsible for reporting and paying any local taxes on your earnings.

8. Termination

SHAIR reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for violation of these Terms, fraud, or misuse of the platform. You may stop using SHAIR at any time.

9. Disclaimers

SHAIR is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any damages, loss of data, or earnings resulting from the use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SHAIR after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or on-platform notifications.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
